Margaret Ann, Eddie and Jimbo, I just found out about your father and I am so sorry. I didn't know until tonight or I would have been there. I have such fond memories of James, he has been there my whole life on Edgewood. I love you all and if there is anything I can do, let me know. love, Vicki |

| To all of the Carter Family, we miss seeing Mr. Carter walking down the street in the mornings and afternoons going to the parking lot across the street. He was a good neighbor and friend to my parents and we surely miss him. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time. Please let us know if there is anything we can do. Love, Annette (Dunn) Firth, and Phyllis Dunn |

| Having graduated from NNHS in 1965, I have fond memories of Mr. Carter. He was a nice man who always had a smile and seemed to think a lot of the students. The Class of '65 dedicated their yearbook to Mr. Carter. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Ron Smith |
